Registration Information

All continuing students must meet with their academic advisor before registering each semester. New students register during fall and spring Orientation sessions.

Student Showcase Portal

The Student Showcase Portal is the central hub for all student performance submissions, jury scheduling, portfolio uploads, and feedback from faculty evaluators. Required for all BFA, MM, and MFA candidates.

Hargrove Memorial Library

Located in the Hargrove Library Building on the east side of campus. Open Mon–Thu 8am–10pm, Fri 8am–6pm, Sat–Sun 10am–6pm. Holdings include over 48,000 scores, 12,000 recordings, and full access to JSTOR, RILM, and ProQuest.

Student Life & Services

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office assists students with all aspects of funding, from federal programs to ACAPA-specific endowed scholarships. Located in Whitmore Hall, Room 110.

IT Support & Help Desk

ACAPA IT provides technical support for all students, including access to software, campus wifi (network: ACAPA-Student), and equipment loan programs.

Housing & Residential Life

ACAPA offers on-campus housing in four residential halls: Birch Hall, Eastridge House, Founders Hall, and the Graduate Artists Residence. All first-year students are required to live on campus.

Student Organizations

ACAPA has over 20 recognized student organizations. New students are encouraged to attend the Student Org Fair at the start of each semester.

ACAPA Campus — 114 Hargrove Road, Eastbridge, Vermont 05401.
The main campus occupies 38 acres along the eastern bank of the Eastbridge River. Key buildings include: Hargrove Pavilion (main performance hall), Whitmore Hall (administration & registrar), Caldwell Union (student center & dining), Hargrove Memorial Library, Stanton Studio Complex (rehearsal & recording studios), and the Margolis Visual Arts Center. Parking is available in Lot A (Hargrove Road entrance) and Lot C (rear campus, permit required).
